  I can highly recommend Elmar as a professional company for HVAC knowledge and skill. We needed our heat pump replaced and I tend to do some of my own research so I can ask questions about the systems I'm looking into and they had someone reach out just to discuss in greater detail the system I was looking at. They utilize a great notification system of when you schedule service as well as a text when their team is in route to you. Their teams are professional and polite and respectful. Pricing isn't too high for the service and they're very good about keeping up on issues that you may have come up. Our thermostat was acting strange and needed some tweaking so they came right out. Definitely check them out if you are looking at having a system replacement or even maintenance.

  Mr. Dennis Morgan with Elmar Services demonstrated the highest qualities of professionalism. I was under the assumption based on a previous conversation with Elmar Services, a new hire would be accompling Mr. Morgan. Essentially, obtaining OJT skills. However, I may have been mistaken as Mr. Morgan arrived on site alone. I thought he would be overwhelmed with the amount of work needing to get done. He handled it like a true professional! I have 8 inverters & 3 outside condensor units requiring service. Mr. Morgan performed all of the work flawlessly. I want to specifically mentioned how well he cleaned both the inside kitchen unit and the 3 outside units. The kitchen unit was covered with grease (of course we didn't know how much had built up since we had these units installed in 2017). He meticulously cleaned the kitchen unit as well as the outside condensor units. His thoroughness and attention to detail was outstanding! The units outside looked brand new after the cleaning. I highly recommend Elmar Services for maintenance on your HVAC system. If you're fortunate enough to get Mr. Dennis Morgan, in my humble opinion, you'll receive award winning professional service. Something I believe Elmar Services prides itself in providing. I didn't realized I was going to add such a lengthy review. Nor did I think about taking before pictures of the condensors outside to compare how dirty they were and he well Mr. Morgan clean them. Well, to give you a visual, I purchased these in the Fall of 2017 and this is the first professional maintenance I've had on them. Lastly, I want to thank Buddy who recommended the maintenance services. This was the first time I've heard of it. I believe it's a tremendous benefits at a great price for all that's included.

  Let me tell you, these guys are the BEST! Last year, we had a Ductless AC system installed in our 80 year old home. The price was fair and the service was incredible. Entire system installed in less than 2 days and works so great! Even though our new system also has the ability to heat our home, we still use our hydronic heating system and ran into an issue with our boiler. We called the usual folks that worked on it and they wanted us to spend over 10k dollars on a new boiler. I thought they were trying to sell us more than what we needed so I called the Elmer guys to see what they think. They quickly solved the problem and it only cost us $150! Much less than 10k! They also fixed another issue where a pesky critter shorted out a wire and were able to fix our thermostat control system without breaking the bank. So if you are looking for a ductless system or need any AC/Boiler work done, give these folks a call!
