  I have used Pipco for both new heat pumps and for maintenance. I have referred numerous friends to them after they were told they needed major repairs, which were found to be unnecessary by Pipco. They are honest, fair and reliable. They always provide options and are very responsive for service calls.

  I could not be more pleased with my experience from Vince and his team at Pipco. I was in need of a new HVAC for my house which had no existing ducting or HVAC system. When I initially contacted Pipco I was seeking a ductless system, however upon consultation Vince gave me a very detailed explanation o the pros and cons of a ductless system versus a traditional flexible duct solution. Vince did a fantastic job answering all of my questions, and explaining my options to me, even going so far as to call the engineers at Carrier to find the best unit for my house. The engineers actually told him that a smaller, lower cost unit would have been better for my house, and Vince immediately updated my estimate to reflect that change. I greatly appreciate his honesty and transparency during the sales process. During the installation process his crew was very courteous and professional. They kept their workspace tidy and cleaned up at the end of each. I also greatly appreciated that they installed the one ductless unit we did purchased first so that we could get the benefit of some AC during a heatwave. When they finished there was not drywall dust left on the floor and the ceiling vents they install have a very high quality, professional look to them.

  Kyle, Thanks so much for the post. We really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to comment. It is often a challenge to retrofit an HVAC system in an older dwelling. While many of us love the charm and architectural elements of some older homes, the trade-offs between system performance, preserving the home's aesthetics, and systems costs to the homeowner can be daunting.
