  Connor made our day! Our air conditioning quit working during the hottest day in 200 years (no joke). Connor was able to deduce the problem before he arrived and had all the parts required for the repair. He was able to be in site within a few hours - on a weekend - so our house didn’t turn into a sauna. He even noticed some exposed wiring that could cause future problems, and fixed that too! I definitely recommend Connor and the Diversified Mechanical team!

  I had an American Standard heat pump installed to replace a 1980 electric furnace. The estimator came out the following day that I first called for a bid, and was very knowledgeable and professional. I had several other friends that all gave DMS high ratings, so I chose to go with them, and it was the best of 4 bids, to boot (DMS isn't a PUD rebate installer, but his bid was less than qualified contractor's bids with the rebate applied, so it was still less)! I chose the American Standard system (a little more expensive) because of it's high reliablity ratings in a leading consumer magazine. The installation took two days and went well. The system is quiet, really quiet. Great job. I'll have to wait to see how much I'll save till later this winter.
