  Rory and his helper were Very professional, very friendly and very efficient. We had no heat when they arrived and within two hours my system is back up and running. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

  From the top down they came to our rescue. We were stuck in CO in a blizzard when our heating went out. They were able to work remotely with us and find a solution until we were able to return home and install our new units. Recommended improvements for our personal situation. Extremely friendly, responsive and professional.

  Rory is the best! He let me know that my thermostat was faulty and gave me options on what to do. I requested he replace it, he did. I have a handicap sister that likes to push buttons, he got me a thermostat that my sister could use easily. He listens and gives great advice. I would recommend Des Moines Comfort to anyone with a problem with their HVAC.
