After being haggled by several other companies, I got the number for Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning from a friend. I called them and they were absolutely wonderful. They came out that very day and did an assessment and helped me obtain financing for the repar/replacement. Within two days I had my unit fixed/replaced. I could not have had a better experience. They are just amazing to work with and I will never call anyone else again.

Hired Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning to resolve a home inspection report for the home I was selling. We had to leave town before the service appointment date and had to trust them to take care of it without our presence. They communicated well and made us feel comfortable that the work was being done. No surprise charges or estimates for unnecessary work. Great experience! Highly recommended!

We discovered our AC was not working this spring as the weather heated up and Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning's technician was out to inspect our setup the same morning we called. After helping us make an informed decision to replace rather than dump money into an aging system, they returned a few weeks later to install our new air conditioner. Every technician involved was polite and courteous and were awesome getting us back up and running before we were truly sweating.

I cannot recommend Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning highly enough. I called late yesterday afternoon to report a problem with our AC system and David and his assistant were here at 8 AM this morning, as scheduled. David knew our Lenox zoned system inside and out, was professional, honest, forthright, thorough and performed expert service. Not knowing that I am fairly well-versed in HVAC systems (I was 99-percent sure of what our problem was but wanted to see what he had to say), David had several opportunities to upsell us and/or perform work that was not necessary. He was totally honest with us and described our system perfectly, and performed only the work that needed to be done. Don't waste your time or money with anyone other than these guys!

Peter came on Saturday and reviewed the furnace. We had no heat because the blower motor was shot. He reviewed the options and costs and we decided to wait until Monday morning for the repairs to save money. Peter came at 8 AM Monday to insure we would have heat Monday morning. He was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and calmed our fears about waiting until Monday. Our furnace was repaired by 9AM and we are very thankful to Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning.

I called Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning and Air after I noticed our A/C had stopped blowing cold air. Everyone from their customer service department to the technician, Peter, were absolutely fantastic. It may have been an hour, tops, from the time I called them until the time he showed up to fix the issue. He was honest, straightforward, and was able to resolve the issue right on the spot. It was really incredible!I recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right!

The company was prompt in sending a technician to perform an annual check out my heat pump. felix, their technician, arrived as scheduled and performed a check of the system. He was extremely courteous and professional and performed a thorough evaluation of the system. I would highly recommend this company and technician to anyone in need of HVAC work.

Felix was a pleasure to work with - he provided honest quotes based on our budget, he was personable, and he worked quickly. Just recently he came back out to our home to review an issue we had and found a way to fix it without major work needed to our ceiling. I’d give him 6 stars out of 5 if I could!
