  Called to order a specific part for my furnace. After being given the go ahead to come in, and they had it in stock (after confirming that I’m not a contractor) they still quoted me a price. I drove 30 minutes to get there and then the people at the front desk refused to serve me over a part that I just ordered on Amazon for 20% cheaper than their asking price. They need to figure out their business. It was literally a basic igniter not some top secret controlled part. You aren’t that important.
