  The owner and he comes out to inspect the job and quote it. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I had a remote thermostat sensor placed, and it has come in very handy. The installers were clean and did a great job. I was able to get quoted and installed within one week, which seems like a much bigger deal nowadays, with Covid caused bottlenecks.

  Chris, the technician that was sent, did a wonderful job explaining to me what he had done to my furnace. Also, he went over the various maintenance programs that Dawson Heating & Air Conditioning offers. I am pleased with the work that was done. I have also notified my neighbors about your service.

  My AC until was making a ton of noise. Turns out it was just coils had come loose and were vibrating against the AC cover. Our tech pushed the coils back in. Problem solved. We weren't even charged. This is why you get behind a business. They've put in whole units for me and fixed all sorts of other issues. Always incredibly fast response time, professionalism from their technicians and amazing service. I will never go anywhere else.
