  The control and circuit board on our furnace burned up and left us without heat as the Temps dropped to the teens. I Called Dave on a Thursday morning and he was at our house 2 hours later. Diagnosed the issue quickly. He ordered the parts for an outdated unit and they arrived the next day. Exactly what was needed and now we are sitting comfortably in our home again. Very professional and a joy to be around. 100% recommend.

  Anytime a major heating component breaks, you become panic stricken about the cost of repairs. Dave was one of the friendliest and professional repairman I have ever dealt with. He came out after hours, gave us a diagnosis, unfortunately supply companies were closed so he couldn't complete the repair that day. However he returned early the next morning with the part and completed the repair. He put us at ease, explaining everything. Great value as well! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs anything done. We loved meeting him and will definitely be calling him when we need our yearly maintenance for our furnace! Excellent Service!!!!!

  Came out on a Sunday (purposefully called so that parts could be ordered and heating fixed that week...my thoughts). Was told we needed, New wiring, sequencers, and element. Charged $150. Monday came, phone call that sister passed and he was canceling all my repairs. Hate to hear that a family member died, but I just wasted $150. No offer to order parts, have them shipped to me, or refer someone else. Called another company, they came out that day, replaced furnace the next day. No service call. Explained why just replacing wiring, element and sequencers wasn't going to be cost efficient. Spent approx $200 more for entire system. Yes I had them quote me pricing on replacing parts and system. Didn't pay a service call so in the end I only paid $50 more for a replacement. Sad to say, but this is why I don't deal with small businesses for major repairs.

  Sorry for the inconvenience but you called on a Sunday which is overtime rate for a diagnostic fee. You paid for a service call on a Sunday to determine what the issue was. system was all burnt up and can be replaced without a new furnace that only consist of a metal housing. And by the way whoever installed a new AC did you a serious Injustice from the company you ordered it from.They should have gave you a heat pump to save you lots of money and heating cost , instead they gave you and an A/C only which I explained all that to you. But glad to hear you have heat.
