  My landlord contracted them to install a new ac unit. They were out 2-3 times before they would do any work. There was two technicians each time and the younger one was extremely rude and unprofessional. He yelled at my friend who let them in multiple times and got smart with her and my roommate as well. They never communicated and would just leave without saying anything. Never knew when they would return. Three or four times they would open the basement door and not secure it when leaving the premises, thus opening my family up to robbery or even worse. When returning the next day the young one berated and yelled at my friend and said someone was in the basement. Noone is allowed in the basement like it was his house. I will never use this company again. Terrible customer service and it took over a week to complete. When I went to the BBB I was not shocked to see they are not accredited.

  These guys did an amazing job for my family! They kept us in the loop about everything, and went out of their way to save us money. Very professional and personable, they even made my one and two year olds comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They have a lifetime customer in me.
