I cannot recommend Danley Heating & Air Conditioning Company highly enough. Before I do that, however, I wanted to mention something that may seem like a criticism, but isn't. Michael Danley, the company's owner, came to my house within a couple of my days of calling, and gave me a bid on an overhaul of my HVAC system (new unit, all new ducts, installation of several new vents, new internet-capable thermostat). I am happy to report that the number he bid was exactly the number he charged me, and I greatly appreciate that. I'll get to the quality of the work shortly. We are in the midst of a global pandemic that has made it a challenge, to say the least, to retain employees, and has wreaked havoc with the global supply chain. So it IS true that, when I agreed to have Danley do the job, it took several months for them to get to my house and actually start the installation. That was not entirely Danley's fault (see supply chain issues above, availability of hardware, COVID depleting work crews, the company being backed up with jobs like everyone in anything related to construction and housing these days.) There was some regular re-scheduling on both sides, but I was patient because the unit I had in operation was working, albeit ancient and loud. Given this state of play, my advice to any customer using this company is the following: ask for a hard date on the install. Not because Danley is flaky; rather, it's a challenging time, and my impression is they aim to please, so better to be clear about exactly when the job can be done, given all the above mentioned variables. And what a job they did. The crew that removed all my ductwork and did the install was on time, professional, clean, and expert. The work was of the highest quality. Michael Danley, the owner, was available by cell phone and text before, during, and after the install. And when it came time to register the thermostat with Honeywell and get it talking to my phone's app, Danley himself sat down with me and helped to program the appliance and walked me through the entire operation--which would've otherwise taken me hours. Life in the house is warmer and quieter and I look forward to this summer when it will be cooler and quieter. In short, I couldn't be more pleased with this company and I am confident that, when the time comes that my unit needs service, Danley will be as timely and professional in their response as they were doing the install. I give them the highest possible marks.

We’ve been waiting on them for months to put a unit in for us and they never came. Now in this heat our unit is tore up and we’re miserable. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!

I got prices from everyone and they where the most reasonable. They worked with me and explained what we where getting. The crew that came out was very respectful and did a amazing job. My house feels so much better. Then the owner called me on a Sunday to check and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I wont ever go with anyone else they have a lifetime customer with me. It truly means something when a company doesn't take advantage of someone when they need help.
