The compressor on our heating and air unit went out after just a little over a year. Stuart Services ordered the part and had us back up and running in only two days. The technician was very professional and courteous, and performed the install in a timely manner. While they were out, our unit was serviced, and we were put on the schedule for next year. I highly recommend Stuart Services; they are a professional outfit!

I just sent this message to them “Don't want anyone to come out just an FYI for you but as this is the first blowing rain we have had it is leaking around your work in our attic. The duc work is terrible- used old return - instead of all new - did not stack so no room to get to other end of the house. This experience with your company is the WORST experience we have ever had. Wish we had never called you.” We bought a house and contracted Stuart to install a new unit and move the vents from the floor to the ceiling. A three day job turned into 12. Heat didn’t work when we first turned in on they had to come back. Now we have rain leaking in. Seriously the WORST experience we have ever had. I would give negative stars if I could. I do NOT recommend this company.

Well, I think that your choice to giving alcohol to a minor, a diabetic, my son, isn't exactly the way you make friends. Hard liquor could kill him. Why didn't you ask me? I should have pressed charges. As for the leak, the chimney that was existing, was there since the house was built. I'm sure that it needed some additional caulking. There are lots of roofing companies around. One day maybe there be a sounding board for companies that have have terrible clients. I wish I had never taken your job.

Super happy with the service. Stuart did a new build install for us, and when we had our first issue quickly responsed on a rainy Sunday.
