  What service!! The technician not only provided a winter maint check, he hooked up my new thermostat wire to the unit and thermo. He also described in simple terms (for me) the operation of a heat pump and saved us significant dollars in electric cost!!! Great local company with great service!!!!

  I am absolutely thrilled with the service from Stroop's! The blower in our heat pump gave up its ghost and we had no heating with overnight temperatures in the 20's. Candace in the office made quick work of procuring a new blower, and David installed it without a hitch. If you need heating or refrigeration service, do yourself a favor and CALL STROOP'S!
