  After 6 estimates from different companies They were not the least expensive but liked the presentation, the answers to my questions, some reviews and checking on the reliability of different A/C units, I chose D&T to complete my A/C unit install. I have a few critiques, my original Technician who came and quoted my estimate didn't relay some of my wants to the installer on the day of installation. I had to address it to the installer, who didn't speak English well. So I had to call the office to clear up those jobs I wanted completed as part of the quote. They responded immediately to my concerns and made the necessary changes I wanted done. Second I have a second floor Condo that the installer was struggling to carry the Air Handler up the flight of stairs on a dolly. He was working all by himself. I jumped in to help him so he wouldn't pass out or accidentally drop the unit. I was told later that they have 5 people out due to Covid. But in my mind that doesn't excuse the need for safety or injury to the employee. After all said and done, and my limited communication with the installer I was still very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. He represented D&T very well. I was also told the opening to the closet would have to be taken apart to facilitate the Air Handler fitting inside the opening. The installer completely tore apart the Air Handler, gutted it so he could flex it into the opening without tearing the wood trim apart. Very impressive. I'm still waiting on an Air Filter that wasn't installed with the unit but overall am very pleased with his work. The only other issue was trying to figure out how to get my Wi-Fi enabled Thermostat working which the installer couldn’t figure out. I was able to figure it out after the installer left. The critiques were minor and I would still recommend this company to install your A/C unit. P:S: Love the clean out and float switch

  Dale Masters was our service technician. Polite, knowledgeable good communicator. I would definitely ask for him again. The communication between the office was excellent. They text before coming out and follow up with a phone call. If you are looking for friendly knowledgeable service with fair pricing and great communication skills use D&T AIR. We will definitely use them again.

  We had a great experience with D&T, Al was the GM who we communicated with to receive a new A/C install and he was phenomenal. Very honest, open, and easy to talk to. He guided us the what we needed and provided the services to accomplish our installation. I highly recommend D&T
