  I unfortunately had to make some repairs to my system this year twice. Fortunately I used Comfort Services for this work both times. I have a house in Pinehurst but I am in Cincinnati most of the time. I am also new to Heat Pumps - not something that is common to Ohio. Both times I called Comfort Services they were out the same day and were able to help me out remotely. Once I had an issue the day renters were arriving. They were able to resolve the issue before my guests arrived and it was not even noticed by the renters. The other time the new nest thermostat I installed was not setup correct for the alternate heat. Highly recommend for any work in the Sandhills area.

  We bought an old home that needed a complete overhaul. We got several quotes and felt Comfort gave us the best value. They did an incredible job on the install. Our attic in now insulated properly. Our monthly electric bill was cut in half. We’ve had the system for 10 months now and we are very happy! Great company. Highly recommend.
