  Sun Belt’s team was professional and relentless as they worked to identify the source of an awful smell coming from our old hvac system, and made repeated visits and spent several hours doing detective work to find the problem. When it became clear that replacing the duct work was the only solution, we were scheduled quickly and the Sun Belt crew was top-notch, working quickly and efficiently, minimizing the time we were without heat and using their skills to make improvements to our overall system. And, when they were finished, our crawl space looked better than when they arrived. Throughout this experience, the Sun Belt team was polite, friendly and professional, arrived when they said they would, and finished the duct work conversion ahead of schedule. The stench is thankfully gone and our home smells fresher than it ever has. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we’re proud to have this team as one of our critical service providers.

  Have used Sunbelt for about two years now. Everyone is very helpful and courteous, from the person who answers the phone, to the technician (Anthony) who comes to our house. We have them come and do regular preventative maintenance for our unit and they have also come out twice due to our air not working. Both of those times, they were able to come out quickly, replace a part, and get things back up and working. Very happy with their service and would recommend to anyone!
