  I called in the morning to see about scheduling a tech visit. I spoke with Laurie and said she had a tech available around 1100 am same day I said great. Scott came to check it out. I am new to heat pumps and this system. Scott was terrific as he explained the overall system and how it worked. He patiently answered all of my questions. The system is working exactly like it should. I highly recommend Air Specilaites !!!

  Installation of a new HVAC system for private residence. Including Heat Pump,Air Handler,Electric Heat,Thermostat. Additional duct retrofit and supplemental installation of accessories.required. Total installation done professionally with minimum disruption. Total satisfaction at this point. Only downside was waiting time for equipment delivery.
