  Christmas HVAC came highly recommended. Their prompt response and professional diagnosis of our heater issue did not disappoint. Upon receiving a quotation over $650 to replace our system circuit board, I asked how much the board was. The response was that this person didn't know and the cost was turnkey parts and labor. That made me suspicious, and I found the board online ranging from $120-150. I bought one and replaced it myself in one hour. I am sure their professional technician would have completed the job faster. So...they were charging $500 for less than one hour of labor. Now...if you want fast and professional response, I can't say anything bad. Just be prepared to pay what I felt was an excessive premium for it.

  We apologize that you feel this was excessive, however there are other factors that come into play when you are invoiced. Some of these things include diagnostics and labor, ordering parts, time and travel to receive factory part from distributor and gas for roundtrips.
