  I've been using this company every year since the fall of 2018. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. Today I had the pleasure in having Mike check my furnace and he was very professional and knew his stuff. He was very thorough when cleaning the whole system. I'll be sure to contact this company on a yearly basis to get my furnace/AC maintenance and specifically ask for Mike again.

  The tech from Alexander Heating & Air Service did an incredible job. He quickly addressed the issue with my heating system and gave me the exact cost. He was on time, professional, friendly and respected covid by wearing a mask the entire time. This is the second time I’ve used Alexander Heating & Air Service and I have been a very happy customer both times! Could not recommend more strongly.

  I have been a regular customer of Alexander Heating & Air Service for several years. They have provided me with excellent service each time. Twice a year, an experienced and knowledgeable technician checks my air conditioner and furnace. If there's a problem in between visits, someone arrives promptly. Customer service is incomparable! Highly recommended.
