  Hello all, I was experiencing problems in my home during the summer months where I could not cool the house below 82 degrees when temperature was in the high 90s with a heat index in the 100s. A/C repair company checked my unit a number of times and recommended the attic was the source of my problem. Keep in mind I have been dealing with this problem for years. Due to COVID, I have been stuck working from home which really highlighted how hot my home was during the day. One year after a roofer replaced my roof they recommended a solar attic fan which never solved the problem and stopped working only after two years. After requesting a bid to find/fix the problem in my attic I received several bids. Most were very expensive with the highest quote at $17,500. One vendor offered to install an "Attic Blanket" for a total of $10,400 and provided no break down of materials and labor costs. Please keep in mind, these services are not regulated therefore prices from vendor to vendor can very widely. All of the vendors except for Attic Comfort also recommended installing a solar attic fan even though I told them I had this before and it did not resolve my problem. I was so frustrated and was about to completely give up until David visited my home. Within 5 mins he immediately saw one problem and proceeded to inspect the attic and recommended a full solution. You can tell David is old school and really knows home construction and knows what he is doing(David use to build homes). In comparison to the other attic vendors David's quote was spectacular. Detailed all the cost for materials. David and his crew was prompt and very professional. My home is so much cooler during these hot summer months and I'm sure my home will also be much more efficient in the winter months as well.   By far the best insulation guys I’ve ever had. Did an amazing job putting in insulation, changing vents, and helping the attic breathe more. Hands down would recommend this company to anyone having insulation issues! They fixed our heating and cooling issues after years of problems! Incredibly affordable for the great work performed!
