  Who ever was driving their work truck on Route 50 heading Eastbound outside of Chester, MD should really be fired. He was all over the road and when we passed he had both hands texting on his cell phone and was driving with his wrists on top of steering wheel. He almost sideswiped two vehicles. This was approx. 6pm on Monday, August 19, 2019.

  Hi Alison, I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. I am sorry to see this is related to unsafe driving. The tech driving that van is my best tech, and I know first hand that like myself, we have been running ragged trying to keep up with service calls. This is by no means an excuse, and this will most definitely be talked about as I provide blue tooth’s to keep the techs hands free while driving. Safety behind the wheel is extremely important to us and this will be addressed.

  The owner, Ben, is simply just a terrible person. He is a liar whom is lacking morals. You do not want to work for this mismanaged company. That is, unless you enjoy being screwed over. I wish I could give this guy less than 1 star, he doesn't even deserve that.
