  I've worked with Ken and his team for years for service/installation on my personal residence and investment properties. They are reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. On top of that, they are consistently less expensive than other HVAC contractors when bidding jobs. Most recently, Ken quickly responded to my request to diagnose and repair a boiler at the Boys & Girls Club, an organization I proudly support. He did this gratis to support the young people of Baltimore. Highly recommend KTC.

  KTC installed my new heat pump and furnance! Pat Miller did an amazing job. KTC Heating & Air Conditioning located at 4627 Ridge Road, Nottingham, MD, is the place where you can go visit and or call for an appointment. These guys were fantastic, they were honest and did a great job outside and inside my home. If you don't like being ripped off, call KTC
