  Central Florida Heating & Cooling was recommended by a neighbor and they are the most professional group I’ve dealt with in any service industry. Immediate response and fast service. I recommend their service plan and feel confident knowing all the details of what I may need as the air unit ages. They provide detailed information and never use high pressure up selling. Nick went above and beyond to get my heater on during a cold snap, always caring about his customers and keeping his professional respectful attitude. He takes pride in his work. Mandy called from the office the next morning to ensure everything is working correctly and she is the sweetest! Great team, great value, great quality of work. I highly recommend Central Florida Heating and Cooling!

  Overall, I had a great experience with this company. In September of 2021, they replaced my existing AC system with a new one. They were always on-time and professional. If they said they were going to do something, they followed through. Here is what I valued the most about my experience: honesty and diligence. A few installation hiccups happened during the process (we are all human after all). However, I didn't have to catch them in their mistakes, they were transparent, took full responsibility and let me know as soon as something didn't go as planned. They developed fast and effective solutions to get things back on track. As a business owner myself, it really bothers me when I work with other businesses where I need to micro-manage them in both integrity and execution. That was not the case with this company. They did what they said they were going to do, were honest about any unplanned errors and were quick to make things right. You can't ask for much more than that.
