  Today, we had Mat R. and his Training Tech. They got the job done in no time, cleaned up after themselves, and the price of the labor & parts was not outrageous. I am thrilled to say they are our go-to AC repair company, and I refer them to any and everybody. Quality work, quality service, quality prices! Thanks, Alan's! Also, the level of professionalism and pride that Mat takes in his work is crazy. Never try to pressure us to upgrade the service but always willing to explain and offer recommendations. My only improvement is their google says they open at 7 am, but they open around 8 am. This should be updated, but it was not a deal-breaker because first thing 8 am, they called me and got me hooked up for an appointment. So still A+ on the office customers services!

  6 years ago our air conditioning unit was struck by lightning resulting in it obviously dying very unexpectedly which was difficult because new units are expensive. Alan’s a/c was recommended to us and they came out that day and were able to get us financed for a new replacement unit. Since they installed that nice new unit a few years ago They have come out for maintenance, diagnostics & repairs on the drop of a dime each time. One time a problem had occurred around sunset and they still came out after 8pm to get it looked at and taken care of for us. They have always been considerate, thorough & reasonable, cost wise. Staff & HVAC techs are always friendly and honest. They have helped us when we truly have needed it and we are very grateful for them. We are proud customers and will always recommend them to anyone & everyone!

  Matt came out and repaired my AC a few months ago. He was very timely, professional and did a great job getting the AC going. I recently called them again to get my ducts replaced and again they were timely and did a great job. I noticed some vents weren't blowing after they left and I called about it. They sent 2 techs out right away and corrected the issue. I highly recommend Alan's, all these 5 star reviews are well deserved.
