  Had my AC checked by a different company after Burleson installed about 4 years ago. Ductwork was not sealed Drain lines run uphill Safety shut-off was not installed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  The worst experience I have ever had with a service company. If you want your time wasted, and incompetent office staff then this is the place to call. They were assigned as the contractor by our Home Warranty company. The A/C Service experience was so awful over the past 4 weeks that our warranty company waived our service fee & has started an internal formal complaint process against them.
