My warranty company tried to send a different company out but after reading their reviews I requested someone with a better rating, sure glad I did!

My parents just moved to the villages and I found Kevin on google, I felt comfortable with the rating of the company so I called. Not only was he quick to take my call, the estimate he gave me was much better than the others I received from other companies who were also well reviewed. At the end of the day he saved us $1800 more than the next best quote we got.  If you’re looking for a new ac system do yourself a favor and call Kevin, I’m glad we did!

Kevin was very professional and very thorough. He called to inform me that he was running about 20 minutes late. I explained the problem and he told me that we did Exactly what we were supposed to have done, turn off the unit. I will use this company again and I did take a handful of business cards to hand out. Respectful, professional, and knowledgeable.

I put in a service request with American Home Shield 6/22. They initially sent my service request to a 1.5 star rated company. Nope. Called and requested a better company- and they set it up with a company that doesn’t even serve my area... another day without a/c wasted.
Third time’s the charm!! I insisted on a highly rated company (they have sent some very “questionable” contractors in the past). They said I could go with the original 1.5 star place, or wait until “next week” for The Air Conditioning Wizard. After checking out the 4.9 star rating on Google, I opted to wait.
Kevin called me promptly the next day, apologized that Monday was his soonest available, but if he had any cancellations, he would call me. I told him I’d be working Friday-Sunday in the local ER, and that COVID-19 has kept us so busy that I might miss the call. He assured me it was ok, and that he’d keep me in mind.
I got a surprise text this evening saying Kevin was 15 minutes away!! On a day with temps reaching 102, Kevin went out of his way to come fix my AC TODAY - instead of Monday. BEST SURPRISE EVER!! I couldn’t imagine 4 more days of 88 degree indoor temperatures, then heading in to work 12 hour shifts in the ER to sweat more in isolation gear.

He was so fast and unobtrusive that I didn’t even know he was here until he was almost done. No wonder they are so highly rated on Google!

Thank you so much Kevin!! You have no idea what your act of kindness means to me, and the quality of care my patients will receive. I can finally sleep tonight.

(As to Randall Home Inspections... the ONLY negative review here... every review he has given is a 1 star review. Also, $60 is a heck of a deal for Freon, because another company in 2018 charged me $110/pound..AlsO..Burleson, to whom he gave kudos, is the 1.5 star rated company I cancelled. Just saying)
