  We’ve used Brad & Burke over the years because we want to use local businesses. They are the Lennox factory reps for our Lennox equipment. They do great work……… when, if they show up! Reliability and punctuality not to great, in our experience.

  We had a problem with our furnace early on a chilly winter morning. We called and they sent out a friendly, knowledgeable technician who diagnosed the problem and got our heat working. The astounding part of the story is he showed up 15 minutes after we called! Just great service. Highly recommended.
