  I called 4 places in town to have our AC unit fixed and couldn’t get a call back from anyone else. Bid mechanical answered right away, sent out an mechanic within 20 minutes of speaking with them, and fixed the problem on the spot. The guy who fixed our AC unit was very friendly, professional, honest, and efficient. Great experience!

  My 81yr old grandpa ac went out. Every other AC repair company have their phones off the hook because of the heat wave there's a literally the only person to answer the phone even though they were booked couple weeks out. They made him a priority was here same day in a matter of 2 hours Great customer service great price will definitely recommend them to everybody

  If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment for 9:00 AM Monday (a week prior). My husband took the day off work and at 10:00 AM he called because they were a no show. The woman said "oh, we don't work on your brand of unit". What the Hell? You couldn't make a phone call? You didn't know when we scheduled that you don't work on that unit? You didn't know that morning that you don't work on that unit? The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Not even an APOLOGY! How about a day of lost wages? Could we get an apology for that? Could we get an apology for wasting our time when we could have called someone else. Do you realize it's February and we have no heat? By the way, it's not an off brand- it's Pioneer. If they can't work on that what CAN they work on?
