  I had scheduled maintenance for next week, but we had a problem today, and they sent a man right over. He found the problem quickly and took the time to do the other maintenance that I had scheduled for later. Nice guy, very knowledgeable, and efficient. I'll be using them again for my regular maintenance and any other problems that occur in the future. Well done. Tom Botts

  I am a fairly knowledgeable person for fixing my hearing unit, but was stumped. I called Bowker 5-10 minutes after they closed thinking I would leave a message but they answered. They said they could send someone now at after hour rates or if I wanted to wait for regular rate the next day. I chose the next day and they had a guy out the next morning, he was on time. He figured out the issue right away and not only fixed it, but also did some clean up from the door and debris from when I worked on it. I highly recommend Bowker to anyone who needs professional and honest service.
