I do not remember the names of the two installers who installed my new propane tank and ran a new gas line to my new gas stove in our new kitchen. But they were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable .I am so glad that I have changed my propane provider to Bottini Fuel for y propane. I will be using Bottini for my oi fuel as well. Thank you for your professionalism

Good reliable servicemen on service calls--have used them for over 30 years solving problems other plumbers could not; also generally good fuel prices. Bad is: mistakes made on new type (Triangle Tube) propane boiler install in 2015 causing $600 blower fan to fail multiple times--apparently BF longer makes this mistake; looking forward (hopefully) to them correcting mistake on venting.

Last week - after a seven month wait - a Bottini technician came to the house to perform the annual oil burner cleaning. The technician was really nice and did, what I thought, was a really good job with the burner. He even took the time to talk about the burner and gave me the confidence that all was well. One half hour after he left, a loud burst came from the burner followed by the sound of a train coming through the house. I turned the burner off, called in to Bottini for help, waited frigidly five hours for a technician to come back - which one did - and the matter was fixed. The problem was that the first technician left the burner casing top unsecured and after a while the burst of air when the burner started blew off the top which resulted in the burst and train-like sounds. Had my wife and I not been at home, and turned off the burner, the fumes and soot from the burner box would have done significant damage to our house. The second technician saw and fixed the problem. He also checked everything else with the burner to make sure that all was well. he was really good. Maybe a reminder from management to all the technicians to double check any work on burners should be the next item on the weekly meeting agenda.

Mr. Donaldson, we are truly sorry for this experience. We will pass this on now and have someone give you a call.
