  When my heat and hot water went out unexpectedly, Comfort Tech had a technician at my home in under an hour. Chris explained the issue clearly and expertly but never in a way that made me feel talked down to. The service was quick, informative, and I feel more knowledgeable about how to deal with heating issues in the future based on the experience. I would definitely recommend this service.

  BEWARE!!!! FEBRUARY 2014 I paid them $14,000 to install a new furnace, hot water and air conditioning system. The furnace has yet to work properly. They have kept coming out trying all kinds of different things to get it to work right, to no avail. They replaced the motherboard, they have replaced motors. I am using kerosene heaters to heat my house right no. Now they just don't answer my phone calls.
