  I had a hot water heater break on Thanksgiving Eve. It flooded the apartment downstairs. I called Sinnotts in a panic. I’ve done business with Sinnotts several times over the last few years and have always been extremely satisfied but this time they went way above and beyond to save the day. Despite it being a holiday weekend and they were dealing with a large number of no heat calls. Luckily they were able to pull someone off a new install to address my emergency. The plumbers showed up in 2 hours with a new hot water heater and finished the job 3 hours later!!! I’ve always had excellent service from Sinnotts but this really saved the day on a holiday weekend no less. I have a ton of experience with contractors and plumbers and Sinnotts are the best. Don’t hesitate to call Sinnotts for any plumbing work you need.

  Don’t believe the hype. Don’t waste your time. I wasted 2 vacation days waiting for Frank (owner) to show up as promised. He no-showed 2 days in a row without even calling to say he was delayed. I then forwarded photos of our installation by email to make his task easier and was promised a prompt estimate in one week’s time. It never arrived. They will string you along and not deliver. Don’t bother!

  Came same day & made repair in 20 minutes. Professional, took time to instruct me about shutting down water line.
