If I could leave zero stars I would have. LOUSY. Complete flake when it comes to keeping to appointments. I scheduled a service call in May (and paid) and still haven't received the services, now August 31st. Always an excuse to push the service date to a later date. My home warranty provider (Elavate) connected me with this "reputable" company. Upon requesting a different a.c. company, they were "unable to do so." Beware.
