Can I rate even higher than 5 stars? Keith and Eric gave the most phenomenal service today. They didn’t just “look” at the issue and give me a quote, they actually looked at the entire house and never acted like they didn’t have time to listen to me. They were amazing, friendly and completely knowledgeable. I loved every second they were in my house. Extremely helpful!!!!!

We needed same day service for a clogged kitchen sink. After 3 calls to various local and "anytime" plumbers, who all said they could come in a couple days, I dialed Neerings. They agreed to come out the same day, and were here in less than 2 hours with a 30-minute courtesy call. Keith and Jackson were great! Very professional and knowledgeable. After fixing the drain clog, Keith gave us some good tips on how to prevent future issues. They even took the time to check out another pipe issue in the garage. We were very pleased with their prompt service and reasonable pricing. Neerings will definitely be our go-to for plumbing, heating, air or electric!

I reached out to this company to request service to a toilet on Friday. I was very specific that the toilet, due to the age of the house/plumbing would require service to auger it a couple of times a year. I fully understand that if there were to be a larger issue, the price could range, depending upon the issue. I requested a price and was told that the service started at $99.00, but could increase based on the severity of the issue. This sounded reasonable because the company I have used in the past has only charged me $99 for the same work. I was unable to use that company due to their lack of availability for this week and proceeded to book Neerings. Upon arrival today, I was advised that the auger would cost $281, and that this is a set price for this work. If that is the case, why wouldn't the rep I spoke with quote that as a starting price? I had no real choice but to proceed since this is the only toilet in the residence and I did not want it to reach the point of being unusable. I have no issue with the service provided by the technicians, they were very nice and professional. The work literally took a couple of minutes. Upon calling to voice my dissatisfaction, I spoke to Nick (the owner?). He basically refused to acknowledge that my complaint was legitimate, and was rather condescending. There is a way to treat customers fairly. This is not it. Neerings has rung up $281 today, and $0 for any potential future work or references. If it were my business, it would hardly seem worth it.
