Our technician Jacob was very professional and did a great job. Our furnace is purring like a kitten and putting out wonderful warm air! Jacob explained everything to us that needed to be done. He came when he said he was going to come and called 15 minutes ahead of time. The price was very reasonable. My wife and I were here in Salt Lake taking care of grandkids when the furnace went out. We are so grateful to Jacob and Just Right Heating for taking good care of us while our daughter and son-in-law were on a trip! God bless you, we will highly recommend your company to our friends! Sincerely, Max & Tracy

Caleb and his install team called before arriving to let us know when they'd be arriving. On arrival they surveyed the work areas and began removal of our old system and install of the new system. They worked quickly and finished by the end of the day. The crew checked with us several times through the day and provided instruction and other assistance in operating the system prior to leaving. We are very satisfied with the work and installation processes that were done. Thanks, Just Right, for having such super installers!

Thank you for such a glowing review, Henry! We understand the trust required to have a company out and installing equipment that you'll be using for years to come. We are thrilled to know that we earned that trust from you, and hope that you are enjoying your new home comfort system as much as we enjoyed working with you.

Technician told us we needed major repairs, $3800 worth. Second opinion showed that the "heat exchanger crack" that was such a big deal, is a common failure with my furnace and that the heat exchanger isn't actually cracked but it's the piece that's rolled around the edge of the exchanger. We were told by the Just Right technician that our furnace was being CONDEMNED and he would not turn it back on. He argued with my wife about us turning the furnace back on. Which, I understand why the company would tell them not to turn it back on (CO2 poisoning) but, there really wasn't anything wrong with our furnace and it was 30 degrees outside. Very, very unprofessional technician. DO NOT TRUST JUST RIGHT, please get a second and third opinion before getting anything repaired or replaced. Sorry, we've used Just Right in the past, several times, and have been very happy with the work they do, this may have been a one off with this particular technician. Maybe he needs some customer centricity training and remedial training for diagnostics. Also, this company was great at one time, when it was smaller, it's grown a lot and with that growth the company has declined and can't be trusted. Just my opinion, I'm sure others are very happy. One good thing, they did not charge us for the visit.

Hi Mike, It's Dan Dearden here. You know me. Thank you for the review and the kind words you had to say about the past services you have received. You have used us for many years. Yes our company has grown, but our values haven't changed. We are still the honest company you have used before. I noticed that the second opinion company also found the same crack that Jacob found in the crimp ring of the heat exchanger. The crimp ring is part of the heat exchanger where the heat exchanger metal is rolled over itself to secure the two halves of the heat exchanger together. Because the metal of the heat exchanger itself is used to form the crimp ring, any crack in the crimp ring is considered a crack in the heat exchanger. According to GAMA, the association who certifies and makes the rules for gas furnaces, ANY crack found in a heat exchanger requires the heat exchanger to be replaced. We are subject to these rules. If we don't follow these rules, WE are held liable for any deaths associated with the heat exchanger failure. This is why Jacob condemned your furnace. I pose a question to you, who should you really be trusting?: the company who found the crack, follows the GAMA required procedures, and wants to protect you and your family from the eminent heat exchanger failure OR the company who also found and verified the crack, put your furnace back into service and told you that your furnace was safe to run. Mike, Please consider this, In the second opinion's company's defense, I saw the photo of the crack that Jacob took. I believe your furnace is safe today. But what about tomorrow? Are they going to come back tomorrow and make sure it is safe? What about next week? What about next month? What about three months from now? Can they predict when your furnace is going to be unsafe? We can't. This is why we recommend that you either replace the heat exchanger or replace the furnace. Please call me if you would like to discuss this any further. Dan Deaden, General Manager
