called Bentley's at 7:30 AM. Technician Tyler arrived at 8:10 AM. he had my unit up and running at 8:35. Mr. Tyler obviously knew what he was doing. very pleased  with their service.

I used Bentley’s for over 10 years, have always paid my bill on time, and called them anytime that I’ve had an ac or heating problem. Not anymore - they’ve lost a lifetime paying customer forever. A month or so ago I had them out to fix a problem with my ac, which they promptly repaired (for $642). So far so good. A week later, my ac unit broke again. I called Bentley’s once again and the technician went through great pains using the camera on his phone to crawl up inside my unit to show me where, on the previous visit, the other technician had accidentally damaged the unit while making the first repair and therefore had caused the current (second) problem. I was standing next to the technician when he called his operations supervisor and heard their entire conversation. All three of us then agreed together that, since they caused the damage, they would do the labor for free, the manufacturer would replace the part for free (still under warranty), and I would pay $400 for the Freon. No problem even though I thought I was being exceedingly generous to pay the $400 for Freon that had leaked out due to their error but I’m not an unreasonable person and they had done good work in the past so I agreed to their offer. The next week the office calls and says the bill will be $1,150.00 (I explain the story above to the office person and she says she’ll have the operations supervisor call me). The operations supervisor calls me back and says no, the price is “only $950, not $1,150” - I tell him no, that is not what he, the technician, and I all spoke about and agreed to. He then says there must have been a misunderstanding on my part and I tell him no, there was no misunderstanding, we agreed that I would pay $400, to talk with his technician who was part of our conversation and he’ll confirm I was to only pay $400, they would do the labor for free, and the manufacturer would provide the part under warranty. The operations supervisor then said he would have to talk with his boss, the owner. He called me back and said he had talked to the owner and the owner had said that the “new new” price was now $742. Ridiculous. I told him forget it - if you treat a 10-year customer like this who always calls you when he has a heating or cooling problem and pays his bill immediately, I’ll find another company. Which is exactly what I’m going to do.

We recently had an R-22 air unit go out, and it had been diagnosed as having a refrigerant leak. With the recent phase out of R-22 and the unit failing to cool again, we decided it was time to replace the unit. I called Bently's and gave them my situation and contact information at about 2 pm on Thursday. At about 2:30 I was contacted by Alex, and he wanted to schedule a time to look around the home and give a quote. I asked him what day he was looking at coming, and he said he could leave immediately. At approximately 3:30 pm I had received a quote and instructions on filling out the financing form online. It took about 5 minutes to get approved, and by 4 pm We had an appointment at 8 am the following day for an install. By noon Friday we had a new running air unit at our home. Keep in mind that it took approximately 24 consecutive hours (not business hours) from existing unit failure to new unit running. This included a home inspection and picking up the new unit in Nashville. The installation crew did a good job. Even the conduit is straight and level. Even if I wanted to complain, I would be hard pressed to find a topic to complain about. I would happily suggest this company to someone else.

Even with phone lines down used the chat on the web page they responded with in 30 min was to the house with in 2 hours had the heater fixed. Blew a fuse that same night chatted with them the next morning had a great repair man back out first thing in the morning. Very fair prices. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE!!!

My dad used Bentleys in Lebanon for over 10 years in the past as a General Contractor and they were phenomenal. Because of this, I have referred in excess of 10 people to them in the past 5 years, but...Not what they used to be! Had an appointment-9:30 to 10:00 window. No call, no show even after I called at 10:05 to ensure I was correct about the appointment. Waited until 10:30 and called back and cancelled the appointment. No apologies nor concern(sounds like they are used to this nowadays).
Please do not use this company.

Unit went out on the coldest day we've had so far this winter! Bentley's came out and get me a replacement in the next day. Everything from finding the issue on my 23 year old Trane to installing a brand new one was a breeze. Brent was great salesman and helped me through the whole process. Thanks Bentleys!!!

The AC on one of our rental properties stopped working. Technician Blake came out promptly and repaired  a very complicated problem. He was extremely focused, skilled, precise and professional!! I am extremely pleased with Bentley and particularly technician Blake. Absolutely recommend this company....Gordon Beeman, Lebanon....

AIr went out last night. Called Bentley's in the morning  and they sent out a tech within an hour. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Price was fair and the problem was resolved quickly.  A few years back I was scammed by a DIFFERENT COMPANY and was squidish about AC repair. Bentley's restored my faith. I will be using them without any worries.
