  Item in the shipment was broken, so I reported it on their website. I received a call from the owner of the company who said they would send out a replacement bulb immediately, which they did. I explained that I had ordered bulbs from them before , with no issues. I save around $70 compared to buying this from my A/C maintenance provider. I'll continue to buy from them.

  We had a great experience dealing with AVS Heating and Cooling. They were fast and reliable and honest to keep their promise of coming even though we called for repair on a holiday. Tom came out and gave me a fair estimate and educated me on the best workable solution for my AC unit. I agreed with him and he got to repair it immediately. Would definitely recommend Tom and AVS Heating and Cooling for the great service. Thanks!!!

  Tom was very professional as well as respectful of our home and our time. I was unsure about spending more to have the blower cleaned on our ancient furnace but I'm so happy it was encouraged. Our furnace is significantly quieter after the maintenance he did, I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend AVS Heating and Cooling and Tom.
