  Chris Valenta the owner is a scam artist! He rips off people non stop! He owes us 10s of thousands of dollars! And if you look on circuit court he owes thousands of dollars to other people. He won’t last long. Now he has started a new company under Fresh Air Mechanical, I assume to hide from debt, be careful everyone!

  I was given Valenta Property maintenance as a recommendation when I needed some A/C help. Chris came over next day, and fixed everything I had issues with and even fixed some shoddy work done by the previous owner! He discovered my thermostat wasn’t wired with a c-wire and a ran new wire all the way up the wall to the thermostat from the downstairs unit. Nice guy, showed up on time and the price was more than reasonable. Feels good to have everything done and done right! I will definitely be using Valenta in the future and highly recommend!

  My mom had Chris do a tune up on our furnace and he's serviced it in the past. Always professional and always in a timely manner. We will continue to use Valenta Property Maintenance in future. Great job.
