  My mother, a senior on a fixed income, gave Avalon Air a large deposit in October. The job became more complicated than anticipated. It has been months since a call was taken or returned. No air conditioner, none of the $2000 has been returned. We are left contacting Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, Licensing departments and Small Claims Court. Very frustrating and disappointing. Update: Ten months later work finally complete.

  Bob is an expert and honest. He's bailed me out numerous times and I haven't thought to leave a review, but today he saved my dad from blowing thousands on a replacement when all he needed was a repair. Thank you, Avalon Air!!!!
