March 2022 - Service call, Brian was super friendly and efficient. Quickly diagnosed burnt wire going to the capacitor in the outside unit. Fair price and fast response. Thanks again. Nov 2021 - Great communication, the owner came out during the repair to check on how it was going, and the two techs were great. It came in under the estimate. Excellent!

I have used Miklos for several years now. Two years in, I had switched to another company to save myself $20 on a AC maintenance contract. That was the worst decision! After working with the other highly rated AC company, I immediately came back to Miklos! Customer Service alone was worth way more than the 20 bucks I had saved. There is always someone to answer the phone, if they are busy, they return your call right away and whenever I have needed them for repair, they have come out the same day to fix it! They even give you a two hour time frame for their visit and yet still call to let you know 15-20 min before arrival. EVERY single technician that has come over to my house has been knowledgeable and able to fix the problem or preform maintenance correctly. They are professional and friendly too. I highly recommend Miklos for AC needs.

Miklos is the best! I’ve had the annual maintenance agreement for years now, and they have always given me great service. From the regular maintenance to repairs (even when it’s hot and they are busy), they work us in and the work will be done right the first time. I highly recommend them.
