  Technician Edgar Lopez ran checklist and identified problem and rectified situation. He was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He discussed and explained things. He advised that he has been with Alford for about 6 months. However he has experience in AC of 7 years. I hope he stays with Alford as he impressed me as a valuable technician employee. He is definitely a positive addition to Alford. I highly recommend Edgar.

  Alford Air came out same day when our AC system stopped working. They gave us three options for a new AC system which was detailed and thorough. Alford was able to install a new AC system promptly and did not require any deposits or payments until the new system was installed. Their install crew was on time, used drop cloths and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional, honest, and timely. I would highly recommend Alford Air to anyone needing maintenance, repair, or replacement.

  We have used Alford Air Conditioning for many years and have never been disappointed with their service. They perform maintenance on our unit quarterly to keep it in tip top running condition. They have installed two new units for us over the years and did an excellent job. When we need emergency service, they come right away. We have never waited an unreasonable amount of time for service when it is urgent. (Emergencies do not happen often). Their prices are reasonable and fair and we like their service people we have met. We will continue to use their AC service as long as they will let us. Ray & Elaine
