  Our new gas furnace, heat pump, and air conditioning were installed by Austex Heating & Air Conditioning nearly 6 years ago, and we've been very happy with both the system and AH&C's service since then. The inducer motor in the furnace recently jammed, and it was replaced with efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy the next day. We have no hesitation in recommending the technician as well as Austex Heating & Air Conditioning as a whole.

  ken was very friendly and professional! He saved the day by fixing my A/C. He was very punctual and wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. He definitely knew what he was doing. Now I’m here sitting enjoying the cold air. I would also like to mention how HE was also very understanding, professional, and had great customer service skills. All it took was one phone call and Austex Heating & Air Conditioning TEAM took care of everything else. Thank you!

  The two reasons we went with Austex Heating & Air Conditioning is because of how nice Craig was on the phone and how fantastic Ryan was when he showed up. Craig is a young guy, but he is very professional, personable, really knows his stuff, and I could tell from the start that he loves what he does. The price was very fair, and they were able to schedule all of that work for the next day! The guys were really nice and considerate and did a nice job.
