Brian was on time, friendly and so helpful!! Great job and will always use Applewood for services! We had a new 240v outlet installed in our garage for a vintage power tool that needed a different type of socket than normal and he was great and quality work!

Our water heater went out suddenly making a mess. We called Applewood Plumbing and they had someone in route within an hour. The technician Brian N. came out and explained everything to us and gave us the available options. It was too late in the day to replace the hot water heater, but he was back out by 8:30 the next morning and removed the old heater and installed the new one in just 2.5 hours. The new heater now has a tray underneath it that drains to the floor drain and a water alarm installed in the tray to warn if there is a leak. Brian was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and did the job quickly and efficiently. Overall an excellent experience with Applewood Plumbing and with Brian. I would be comfortable recommending them to anyone I know.

These guys did a good job. They are expensive. Just know that going in. When a part from the manufacturer runs 50.00. They charge over 500.00 for this one part plus 45 minutes to install something is wrong with this picture. But if you can honestly say these are fair prices and the owners can sleep at night knowing this then great. Life goes on. They did offer a 50 discount. So that's something. But like everyone else that blames their increases on supply and the pandemic, they really are not different than other companies in the industry and have not set themselves apart as a value adding company. Do yourself a favor shop around if you can definitely less expensive places. Edit- Response is a standard response and this is what every company in the industry wants but does not explain at all why you over charge the customer and they did not get it right the first time. Furnace quit working after 4 days and they had to come back. Tried to charge another 750.00 for an ac control and install. But decided it was all under warranty since the 1st tech did not diagnose the entire system correctly.
