I’ve had the pleasure of working with B&B on two separate occasions, once for my heating and the other for a hot water heater. From the bid to the installation, everyone I’ve worked with has been very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I received a competitive bid for each project and was scheduled within the week for the work to be done. Scott, Sebastian, Jerry and Terry were all wonderful to work with. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

B&B came out the next day when my old furnace failed. They were able to install a new on the next day. Fair price. Great techs. Would recommend. They have also serviced my rental property and provided great service then too.

This was the third HVAC company I called after being given numbers by the furnace manufacturer. The first two companies seemed reluctant to deal with a manufacturer's warranty. B&B was, by far, the easiest to work with. Called early afternoon on Friday and was able to get an appointment mid morning between 11-1 the following Monday. Byron, the technician, arrived around 11:30. He was very professional and extremely informative. Will definitely refer Byron and this company to my neighbors!
