  ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Appel, and specifically with Seth. His professionalism, knowledge and personality were impeccable. You have gained a lifelong customer through excellent customer service and skill.   We encountered an issue with the repair which is highly abnormal after using Appel for probably more than 20 years now. Not only were they responsive but made it right regardless of how costly it was to do so. We would recommend Appel to anyone, especially in this day and age when reliability, timeliness and expertise seem to be in short supply.

  Very positive recent experience at a tough time of year! Sean was an outstanding tech who took the time to educate me about what exactly was wrong with my furnace. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Christie was also amazing working out scheduling for the repair, and communicating with me every step of the way. Have been an Appel customer for over 24 years, and this experience confirmed why we are loyal to them!
