  The whole company is great, they’ve been with us for 7yrs. This year John fixed our a/c and it’s working like new! He even came in very early and I’m very thankful for that since it got really hot in our house. Last week Charlie and Jessie cleaned our air ducts and furnace and they were friendly and professional. This company is the real deal, the prices are great and they are honest. Keep up the good work fellas and thank you!

  I booked the crew for air duct cleaning. They had a special for furnace tuning and dryer vent cleaning so I signed on for that too. The crew did a great job with the duct and dryer vent cleaning. The furnace tune up on the other hand was very disappointing. All that was done was a cleaning by blowing compressed air and vacuuming. No burner adjustments, air flow measurements or motor bearing lubrications was done. I wouldn't call it a tune up. Just an expensive cleaning. The staff that did the work were very courteous and mindful of the carpet/shoes. Very friendly and customer service oriented. If it weren't for the tune up, I would have given 5 stars. UPDATE 12/15/21: Anderson's Mechanical Contacted me again to set things right. They offered to send their technicians to perform the furnace tune-up again. This time they were thorough. Cleaned the flame sensor Checked the Carbon monoxide levels Checked pressure/flow to make sure the furnace was working efficiently. Also checked water panel on humidifier. Staff was very friendly and professional and explained all the work to me. I would definitely use their services again.

  I am a repeat customer of Anderson's. Aaron and Stanton today performed maintenance on my furnace and gas fireplace. They were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They showed care in protecting home's carpeting and furnishings as they worked on my fireplace. I have confidence in this company. They deliver excellent service at a competitive price.
