  no showed for appointment. multiple excuses as to why we needed to cancel first three times. arrived and installed felt seal as requested and when he was leaving I asked about the other item which was a SMALL squeak when drying. He said" Oh I forgot that". proceeded to spray a lubricant on something and left. 1 hour later , when I was to use the dryer, it sounded like a car crashing. Sent Rob a recording of the noise. He failed to show 3 more times to address the problem he created. Now will not respond to calls or text. He is dishonest and cannot be trusted IMHO

  Rob came out to our home the day before Thanksgiving when our oven went out. Spent a lot of time diagnosing and found the problem and fixed it. Very knowledgeable, timely and very well priced. Thank you! Will be hiring again if we need appliance repair! UPDATE: we had rob out to fix our dryer. He rescheduled multiple times before the first visit. We paid him $180 and he said that the dryer was fixed. A day later it wasn't working again. I called him back and it took him almost a month to come out the second time. That time we paid him $80 and the next day it still wasn't working. I tried texting and calling him for him to come back out and look at the dryer. He text me back saying that he would order some other part. But I wanted to talk with him because I didn't think our dryer was worth fixing. He basically stonewalled us we have contacted him multiple times and never heard back. I strongly would not recommend.

  SCAM STAY AWAY. Rob put in a part on my refrigerator that is the wrong part. Has delayed for over 3 weeks on the correct part. Giving me excuses on why it has taken so long. I paid for services that I did not receive. He has not answered my phone calls or emails for the past week. He told me he would have the correct part on Friday. When I called he did not answer. I called 4 times and has not returned my phone calls. He has takeny my money a ran. STAY AWAY!!! He also had another business called Good Job Rob appliance. Another business full of horrible reviews. Same stories. The guy takes your money and runs.
