  I had called Thursday to hire one of their HVAC technicians to provide a service Friday. They first set up a time between three and six for the Friday. They called back 10 minutes later and asked if I could come between two and five. I said yes that would be fine as I needed this done Friday. I had to leave work to meet this appointment at 1 o’clock to be home on time. At 4 o’clock nobody had arrived yet so I called them and asked if they’re still on schedule. I was informed that they were not able to come out. I asked why they did not call me and informed me that so I didn’t have to take the 1/2 day off. They said they could reschedule for the following Monday, which I needed this done Friday. So now I can’t have this fixed Friday. Because it’s too late to call somebody else to take care of it. Very disappointing. I don’t know if this is a real HVAC company or if they just hire people like Angie’s list. That’s what it seem like to me. Because he kept telling me that they are trying to call other people to see if one of their tax can come out. I would just beware if you schedule something because it’s very disappointing especially when they set up their own schedule and don’t call or show up.

  The communication from Arrowhead Heating and Cooling was amazing- the technician sent a text with his photo and a short bio before he arrived, so I'd know who to expect. They were thorough and professional and didn't push for any expensive upgrades, just explained the situation to me and gave me my options. I'll be using them in the future for additional work.

  I had Arrowhead Heating and Cooling replace an old AC unit, add an air exchanger and install a wall mounted furnace. The tem that I deal with were very swift in response to all my calls and easy to work with. They took great pride in their work, and make sure they leave your place cleaner than when they arrived. I feel they are a trustworthy provider of quality HVAC needs and would highly recommend!!
