  Incompetent. If your oil furnace is not working, call Griffith Energy Services, Inc. and they will fix it. This company came out twice, I missed two days of work, and my family was without heat for over a week.

  Contacted twice to perform preventative maintenance services at 3 local commercial sites. Contacted several weeks later and was told they had forgot to schedule them but would get to them within days. Weeks later they don't answer directly or respond back to voice mail. A simple decline of work offer rather than acceptance could have saved us the time and frustration. A contractor that screens calls should always be a red flag and we are at least grateful it didn't take us any more than this to recognize clearly a company not to do any business with.
