We’ve been very pleased with the Trane system we purchased from Alabama Climate more than 10 years ago. The installation was excellent. Their customer service is excellent, and all of the technicians have maintained and/or repaired our system in a quick and very professional manner. We interviewed 2or 3 other companies, and we are so glad we chose Alabama Climate Control. We highly recommend them!

Alabama Climate Control has always been a top notch service company for me. My contractor had installed a Trane unit when he built my house but his installer did not do a very good job and did not register the installation with Trane. When that unit went out I called Alabama Climate Control and had them install a new unit, they put an extra Pad under the unit to allow for better drainage and attached the shroud from the unit much more securely to the house. I used the to install a unit at my previous house and never had any problems with the unit there. I use them to perform my semi annual maintenance service and they always are professional and do excellent work.
