  I have been using this company since the early 2000's. I trust they do the best job at the best price ... I'm still a happy customer! 😁 In addition, I was extremely pleased with my service tech, Guy. He was very professional, listened to my concerns, and explained any questions I had. He also took the initiative to correct/repair an issue I was having with the door on the unit without being asked to do so ... impressive! 🥰

  A good value proposition led me to Joe East and his family almost 50 years ago for my first installation and quite a few more since then. The company always responded quickly and offered a fair price. In those "few" instances, during the companies growth years, when we did encounter an occasional hic up, Joe East would always make it right and that was the prime reason for my continued patronage. I can sincerely recommend this firm...

  Been a Joe East customer for several years with all positive comments. All service calls were performed in a timely and professional manner. I also have their annual maintenance contract which is a worthwhile service and reasonable priced.
